Rachel Braham, President
Rachel works with our management company to ensure that our community maintains the highest of standards for maintenance and safety. Rachel acts as the spearhead for the Wintercrest community.

Steve Underwood, Vice President
Steve fills in for Rachel when she is not available and otherwise looks after completing action items.

Dan ‘Swift’ Tyler, Secretary
Swift works with our management company to make sure all corporate documents are in place and updated. Swift also acts as liaison with the landscape company.

Quim Sperko, Treasurer
Quim works with our management company to ensure the financial well being of Wintercrest.

Paresh Patel, Board Member At-Large
Paresh, along with our other boad members at-large, acts as extra eyes and ears in the community as well as taking charge of various projects. At-Large members take part in all Board meetings and votes of the Board. Their insight and input are invaluable.

Anthony Ibarrando, Board Member At-Large
